If you have a complaint or comment, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us by telephone on: 00800 862 835 37. We can be reached on working days (Mon - Fri) from 9 am to 6 pm. Complaints will be dealt with as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days.
Complaints about the execution of this agreement must be fully and clearly described to us within a reasonable time after you have discovered the problem.

Every offer contains a clear description as to the product and service offered. It may be that the physical item you receive may have minor deviations in shape or colour which are sent from our suppliers.
All offers are only valid while stocks last. We have the option to apply specific conditions to certain offers in order to limit validity periods and values, these will only apply is expressly communicated prior to the order being placed.
The agreement is concluded the moment that you accept the offer and the relevant conditions for the offer are met.
After you have accepted the offer by ordering via Westfalia.net, you will receive a confirmation mail from us which will contain the relevant order and delivery information.
Until payment has been received in full, all items remain the property of Westfalia.
At Westfalia you have 30 calendar days, referred to as a cool-off period, to terminate the contract without stating reasons and to indicate that you want to return the product. Your reflection period commences on the day that you, or a third party designated by you (not the carrier) have received the product.
In the case that multiple products were ordered but arrived on different dates, then this 30 day period begins on the day that the last product is received by you.
From the moment you have indicated in writing that you wish to return the product, you have 14 calendar days to physically return the item. You must return the item with all supplied accessories according to the return instructions you receive from us when you return your item or the instructions on the invoice (second half).
The risk and the burden of proof for the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal lies with you.
We obviously would like to know why you do not want to purchase the product. However, you are not required to state a reason.
Your duties during the cool off period
During the cool off period, you may only use an article to the extent that is necessary to determine the nature, features and functionality of the article, as you would be able to do in a shop. You may, for example, fit an item, but not remove any labels or markings.
When you return an item that has been damaged by your actions, or no longer has any labels, an article is incomplete or a product contains other traces of use that show that you have used the article further than as described above, then you are liable for the depreciation of the item.
Westfalia will deduct this depreciation from the amount to be refunded to you. This damage assessment is carried out by our warehouse team upon receiving the back.
Costs for returning products is only reimbursed by Westfalia if the total value of the order exceeds 70.00 euros.
If the products delivered to you do not match the products which you ordered, Westfalia will reimburse the return costs in full, regardless of the value of the order.
If the delivered item/s are too big or too heavy to send through regular mail, you may contact us at: email@example.com and request that we pick up the goods from your address. Please note that we will require you, or a representative for yourself, to be present to sign off on the collection.
We reimburse all payments as soon as possible, in any case, within 14 days after receiving the item back in our warehouse or you have signed proof that the item has been returned to us.
We will ensure that we use the same payment method to repay the amount unless you otherwise request and agree to another payment method before payment is made.
If you choose to use a more expensive method of delivery, Westfalia will not reimburse you for any additional charges incurred by your chosen method.
Exclusion of the right of return
The following categories of products are entirely excluded from the right of return and may not be returned under any circumstances:
Customised products: any product which has been altered in any way to suit your needs, or includes any personalised text. This includes permanent text or markings added after being received by you.
Products with a limited shelf life such as food items.
Sealed products which for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for use after the seal has been broken. This applies to items after delivery has been made.
Products which, after delivery, are permanently mixed with other products by nature of their use.
Digital vouchers or gift vouchers of any kind.
The prices of the offer are stated on the website of Westfalia. These prices are always inclusive of VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless implicitly stated otherwise. Obvious or glaring mistakes in the quotation, such as obvious inaccuracies, can also be corrected by Westfalia after the conclusion of the Agreement.
For shipments within the UK mainland the shipping costs are £4.99. For orders over £130.00, the shipping costs are £0.00.
Shipments outside of the UK mainland incur a shipping fee of £14.99. Orders over £130.00 outside of the UK mainland incur a charge of £9.99. We are unable to deliver to the channel islands.
Every payment is immediately settled in full at the time the order is placed by you.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your online transactions. The secure system is responsible for the further processing of the payment and ensure an encrypted handling of your bank details. The necessary security measures are provided via SSL.
During the ordering process you can add a voucher or discount code in the 'pay' step.

Please note that any orders placed offline will take longer to process and ensure that payment is received in full before any items can be dispatched. Our standard shipping costs still apply.
Westfalia will take all possible care when receiving and sending orders for products. The place of delivery will always be the address you provided to us during the ordering process.
Accepted orders are delivered as quickly as possible, but at the latest from 5 working days, unless we have agreed upon another delivery time with you before the order has been sent from our warehouse.
Any and all electronic items will be delivered with a UK plug attached.
If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed, we will inform you as soon as possible. You then of course have the option to terminate the agreement free of charge.
After dissolution in accordance with the previous paragraph we will refund the amount you have already paid within 14 calendar days.
In addition to the legal provisions on warranty and reliability, we apply a warranty period of 5 or 10 years for each item that has the Westfalia quality logo. A warranty period of 2 years applies to all other products.
Westfalia will first seek to repair a defective product or deliver a comparable product free of charge. If this is not possible, you can reclaim the purchase amount (in part).
Costs for returning a defective product are at the expense and risk of the Customer. The legal warranty as well as the guarantee offered by Westfalia does not apply to:
Damage caused by normal wear and tear, unintentional or deliberate changes to the product (including improper or incorrect use / exposure to moisture, chemicals, fire and other hazards).
Damage caused by installation and use in a way that is not in accordance with provided instructions and information.
Damage caused after removal of seals on certain parts or if the serial / identifier number has been removed or damaged to the extent that it cannot be read. You or any unauthorized party may never remove any seal or identifier without express permission from Westfalia or the product manufacturer.
Consumables, including food items.
The information that we request you to provide is necessary for processing and completing your orders. The provision of incorrect or false personal data is considered to be an infringement of these General Terms and Conditions. Your personal data will only be processed in accordance with our privacy statement.
Disputes and applicable law
We of course hope that no disputes arise but we are aware that things can go wrong. Should this nonetheless happen, both parties will endeavor to resolve any disputes arising from the agreement concluded between the parties with each other. In this respect the parties will strive for a reasonable interpretation of the agreement and the General Terms and Conditions.
If no solution can be found within a reasonable period, only UK law is applicable and only the UK court is competent to take cognizance of the dispute.
The applicability of the Vienna Sales Convention is explicitly excluded.
All prices include VAT and exclude delivery charges.
