Our standard terms and conditions
If you´ re not satisfied with your goods, Westfalia guarantees it will exchange them during the one month trial period or provide you with a full refund.
This means the sales contract between you and us only takes effect one month after you´ ve received the goods . You can exchange any products you are not happy with, or we´ ll give you a full refund. You don´ t have to provide us with a reason.

For orders with a value of less than £70, the customer meets the cost of returning the goods to us. If the goods delivered don't match the goods ordered, then Westfalia will meet the returns cost.
Note: Until payment of the full amount has been received, goods remain the property of Westfalia.
Your Statutory Rights
Exceptions: Special productions based on personal information as well as cassettes, CDs, DVDs, video films and computer software, where the seal has been broken, are excluded from your Statutory Rights.
Fastest possible delivery
We deliver the fastest way possible, usually within 5 working days, by conventional post. Please allow a few days longer for delivery if your order contains electrical items. This is due to safety checks prior to dispatch. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, if this speeds up the processing of your order.
Deliveries are made with the proviso that Westfalia itself receives timely and accurate deliveries and is not responsible for products being out of stock. In the event of a product not being available, we will notify you immediately and reserve the right to send you an equivalent product on trial.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.
All goods remain property of Westfalia until full payment has been received.

Westfalia 10 year guarantee
Every article carrying the Westfalia Quality label is guaranteed for 10 years, irrespective of the statutory warranty period, during which time we will repair the goods free of charge or deliver an equivalent replacement of our choice.
Please note that this guarantee applies only to the personal use of the products purchased and excludes commercial use. Items under guarantee should be sent to Westfalia at the FREEPOST address above.
Warranty / Liability
2 year quality guarantee
Westfalia guarantees the items delivered are free from any defects. For details of your product s conditions of use, please refer to your packaging slip and/or the instructions for use. Westfalia assumes a 2 year quality guarantee for all articles under the statutory warranty regulations, whereby we limit our liability as set out in the paragraph after next.
Our commercial customers receive a two year warranty on the condition that we firstly deliver a replacement or carry out a repair at our discretion. Should we be unable to rectify the fault during an appropriate period of time through subsequent fulfilment, you may demand a reduction of the purchase price or cancellation of the contract.
In so far as not expressly agreed, any further claims by the buyer are precluded irrespective of the cause in law. Westfalia is not liable for any damages not directly caused to the delivery item. This limitation of liability does not apply in so far as we or our fulfilment agents are charged with intent or gross negligence or if damages arise as a result of an infringement of material contractual duties or claims under the Product Liability Act, according to which liability extends to personal injuries or property damages in respect of items for personal use, in the event of faulty delivery items. Furthermore, the limitation of liability does not apply in the event of loss of life, limbs or impairment of health, resulting from a culpable breach of duty by us or our fulfilment agents. In so far as our liability is precluded, this also applies to the personal liability of our employees, representatives and fulfilment agents.
Your order and address details will be stored and used for order processing and promotional purposes. In exceptional cases, we will obtain information from a commercial credit reference agency for credit checks prior to delivery.
If you do not want us to use your personal information for promotional purposes at any time, or forward your address to third parties, simply send a brief note in writing to Westfalia at the address above.
