Use: Just put 2 dessert spoonfuls of natural yoghurt of the same fat content as the milk you want to use or 1 pinch of bacterial culture with 1 litre of milk and it will be ready in 11 to 12 hours. Homemade yoghurt can be used when you want to make the next batch (3 parts natural yoghurt, 4-5 parts fermented). Can be kept in the fridge for 4-8 days.
